DeKalb County District Attorney Gwen Keyes Fleming announced her resignation Wednesday. Fleming is leaving DeKalb immediately to become the new southeast regional administrator for the federal Environmental Protection Agency, EPA officials told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
